This Independence Day we are launching our all-new menu at Punjabi Fusion, Harris Park starting on Wednesday, 16th August!

Prepare your taste buds for an explosion of flavours, as we bring you an exquisite fusion of Indian delicacies and modern twists that are sure to leave you craving more!

After a very turbulent couple of years, we are proud to relaunch our dine in and bar menu. As the pandemic has pushed us into contactless methods, you will now notice that you will be able to order via your phone at your table or place a takeaway order!

We couldn't wait to release an all NEW bar menu to compliment our modern Indian dishes! From signature to classic cocktails, tap beers, wines and more... you will find something you love from the Punjabi Fusion Bar menu! 

In March 2019, it was a time to refresh the restaurant with a coat of paint. Creating a more vibrant environment for our customers! 

COVID19 pandemic hit our industry very hard in unexpected ways. Punjabi Fusion sparked an initiative to assist those in need during these uncertain times. Many other local businesses jumped on board to service the community.

Great opportunity to meet our greater community and fellow foodies at the Parramatta Lanes Festival along with fantastic performances and live music!

Punjabi Fusion Function Centre is located in the heart of Harris Park on Wigram Street. Its newly revamped function rooms boasts beautifully decorated halls to host an array of occasions.

​Punjabi Fusion was the only Indian restaurant nominated out of 9 other restaurants in the Parramatta Council area on the 3rd August 2017. We are very proud to have been nominated and thankful for all the support from the local community! 

​Punjabi Fusion opened its doors to the public to enjoy freshly cooked modern Indian cuisine in a trendy and stylish restaurant. Its fully licensed bar hosts an array of wines, spirits, cocktails and mocktails with an Indian twist and Kingfisher and Asahi beer on tap!  

We are thrilled to announce that Punjabi Fusion is launching an ALL-NEW Lunch Menu on Friday, 11 August. Indulge in a mouthwatering array of delectable delights, including freshly made Pranthas, Amritsari Kulchas, Sarson Da Saag with Makki Di Roti, Veg and Non-Veg Thalis. And don't forget to treat yourself to our famous creamy Lassi's & Masala Chai! Open from 11:30 am - 5:00 pm on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

We were honoured to host Australia's Treasurer Josh Frydenberg for a delicious meal at Punjabi Fusion after they visited local businesses of Harris Park. It was a big moral booster for the team after a crazy two years living with the pandemic. We hope to welcome Josh back whenever he is in Sydney next! Special thanks to Little India Australia team for organising this!

We are truly blessed to celebrate Guru Nanak Dev Ji's 550th Gurpurab! To mark the 550th birth anniversary Punjabi Fusion Harris Park and local businesses participated in a march and free langar for the wider community.

Punjabi Fusion Progressive Indian Cuisine is now opened in the most highly anticipated area of Millers Point, Observatory Tower on Kent Street.

Harris Park has become a hub for Indian cuisine and now celebrates yearly Little India Deepavali Fair! Punjabi Fusion participated with two stalls selling popular drinks, snacks and lots more! 

​Punjabi Fusion proudly presents Turbanator - Live in Sydney! Famous Punjabi lyricist, singer, producer and actor - Tarsem Jassar headlined the show with performances from Hardeep Grewal and Darshan Lakhewala, hosted by King B.

We participated in the Parramatta Lanes Festival that ran from the 10th October to 13th October 2017. This was a great initiative by the Parramatta Council to bring all types of cuisine into one melting hot pot - Parramatta CBD! We had great feedback and look forward to making a come back next year! 

​We hosted a drink stall at the Little India Deepvali Fair on Wigram Street, Harris Park! We featured our popular mocktails and Ice Gola! Great live music, rides & games for the kids - it was a great day to be out with family and friends! 

​Punjabi Fusion sponsored Wadali's Live in concert at C3 Silverwater on the 5th November 2017! We were hounoured to meet and host a lunch for our fine guests consisting of Amritsari Chole Kulcha to make them feel at home away from home!
